About me
Chiropractic has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember, with my Mum taking me for my first adjustment at eight years old. I have had regular chiropractic adjustments since then, and consider them an important part of my overall health.
After working in administration for a number of years, I returned to university in my early 30s to become a Chiropractor. It was definitely a challenge, but it has been worth it!
Originally from Kalangadoo (trust me, it's a real place), I grew up in Strathalbyn before spending a number of years living overseas and interstate. I moved home again in 2016 and am loving being back in Adelaide and enjoying the wonderful lifestyle here.
When I’m not with my patients, I enjoy my time as a travel addict, major brunch aficionado and reluctant gym attendee. My husband Craig and I are also strong devotees to our ever fluffy feline overlords, Rusty and Matilda.
